I use motion graphics, illustration and graphic design to help people understand new or complicated ideas, stories and products.
After graduating from Davidson College with a major in art and minor in Chinese, I moved to China for several years. During this time, I studied Chinese, taught English and discovered my interest in illustration and graphic design. Now I am based in Chapel Hill, NC. My experiences include creating motion graphics at a broadcast news station, illustrations, graphic design and motion design for e-learning courses, and producing videos and website animations at a creative agency. I love experimenting with new techniques, tools and styles. Tools I have experience with include After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, and XD.
